Tilted Veil East is the sister store to Tilted Veil in Guelph, ON.  Heather Boutilier, founder and owner of Tilted Veil, decided to open a second location on the East Coast, her home away from home. Hollie Boutilier, owner and stylist of Tilted Veil East, is Heather’s identical twin sister and together they have a passion for fashion.  They hope to bring a touch of that East Coast lifestyle combined with a unique flare and fashion forward expertise to Halifax.
